Models 'n Molds. The Better Right Focus Much More Practical Is To Create The 2-Part Molds Of Your Design. Like SolidWorks Can Help Create The Software Molds From Your Design Also. Print Those Molds First. Then Use The Molds To Crank Out As Many Copies Of Your Designs/Parts As You Want Fast.


Molds Are The Way To Go For Mass Production:


(1) Turn Your Print Molds Into Silicone Rubber Molds. To Make Soft Metal Designs/Parts.


(2) Turn Your Print Molds Into Metal Cast Molds. Via Lost-PLA Casting. Soft/Hard Plastic Designs and Possibly Metal Parts Also.


(3) Can 3D Print Ceramic Molds via Ceramic Binder-Jetting. Metal Designs/Parts.


(4) Can 3D Print Metal Molds via Metal Paste Printing. Plastic Designs/Parts.



(Alternatively, Direct Print Your Design. Cast It Into Metal Via Lost-PLA Casting. Machine, Sand, & Clean Your Metal Design. Use Your Metal Design As Template For Sand Casting To Make As Many Metal Copies.)
