"The Demand Itself Is The Lead." An Ideation Technique. Don't Need To Overthink Things Sometimes. Instead of Creating Something First, See What People Are Already Buying (Products) And Already Using (Services). The Existing Demand Is Already Signaled. So Find The Demand. Follow The Demand.


Start From There The Demand. And Work Backwards. Flip The Perspective. Improve Upon An Existing. Then Make & Build More Of It. The Demand Won't Be A Problem.


But In Contrast, Any New Product/Service/Demand Is High-Risk, Unproven, And A Hit-Or-Miss (Ending).


There Seems To Be Always An Imbalance/Mismatch Somewhere Between Supply & Demand. A Good or Service, Housing, Energy, Etc. Find That Imbalance/Shortage. Work Backwards. Fulfill The Demand. And Restore The Balance.


Reverse Engineering: Well, It's The Know-How To How It's Made.
